Symptoms

On EAM - Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, 12.2.10 version, Work Execution

In Update Work Order page on Operations page, when user clicks the Details view, the following error occurs:

ERROR

No method with signature - No method with signature - SyncOpDetailsFromSummaryRow()


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Maintenance Super User responsibility
2. (N) Work Orders tab
3. Query an work order.
4. Click on Update work order icon
5. Expand Operations region
6. Click on Details tab
