When attempting to submit the Year End Pre Process (YEPP) /Retry the following error occurs.

 has occurred in table pay_archive.process_employee at location 1108



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1  Observe an active employee who the person and assignment level balances do NOT match.
2. Submit the Single Request > Year end Pre Process (YEPP) for GRE for year end.
3. Run the delete script(s) on the person_id and both assignment_id(s).
3. Mark Employee for retry in YEPP.
4. Observe error for employee Error ORA-20001: Error in eoy_archive_data at step : 53 - 100-ORA-01403: no data found.
