ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When updating the Specification Status from Approved for General Use to Obsolete using the Mass Search and Replace the function is not updating the Validity Rule. The Validity Rule status should not
remain Approved for General Use when the Specification is changed to Obsolete, and putting the two statuses out of sync.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to change the Specification Status and Validity Rule when doing a Mass Search and Replace with a status of Obsolete.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quality Manager > Mass Search and replace
2. Enter Specification
3. Replace Status on the Specification
4. Change from approve for general use to Obsolete.
5. Message -By changing the status of this Recipe, You also change the status of all its associated Validity Rules.

6. Ok to Proceed? Yes
