Symptoms

There is a mismatch of tasks in the workplan structure (PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS) and financial structure (PA_TASKS).

The expectation is that tasks in the workplan structure (PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS) and financial structure (PA_TASKS) should match.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into the  Project Super User Responsibility

2. Navigate to Workplan -> Current working Version

3. Create the task.

4. Publish the workplan.
