Symptoms
In QA - Oracle Quality, Version 12.2.10
Problem:
When running $QA_TOP/patch/115/sql/qltviews.sql as prerequisite for publishing QA Plans to ECC (Enterprise Command Center) the following error is returned (see Note 2716251.1 or QA User's Guide in chapter "Setting Up Quality Command Center Access Role")
