The budget entry form does not bring any accounts.

1. GL Responsibility > Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Key > Values
2. Create a new account
3. In the same for, set Allow Posting and Allow Budgeting segment qualifiers to Yes
4. GL Responsibility > Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Key > Segments > Verify Dynamic Insert is enabled for the chart of accounts
5. GL Responsibility > Query the Budget Organization and verify it includes as ranges all the accounts (00..ZZ)
6. Maintain the Budget Organization by using Maintain button
7. Verify the concurrent request triggered ends fine
