How Can Descriptive Flexfields in the Budget Lines Additional Information Page Be Viewed After Baselining? (Doc ID 2847645.1)

Goal

The Budget Lines Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is setup and enabled. The flexfield segments are shown in the Budget Lines page for the working versions, but not for baselined versions.  Is this the intended functionality?  If not, how can the DFF segments appear on the baselined versions?
