Version 12.2  iSupplier Portal

In iSupplier Portal, while supplier create ASN, it throws error.

"You cannot enter a shipment date (...xx:xx:xx) that is later than the current date (....yy.yy.yy)"

Supplier is on EST timezone and server is on central timezone.

Tried changing supplier timezone to CST still system is taking supplier system time.

 You cannot enter a shipment date (02-Feb-2022 22:40:31) that is later than the current date (02-Feb-2022 21:40:36).

STEPS
--------------
 1. Supplier user who has timezone EST (or CST) try to create

      - enter shipped date as current date
       - submit                                                      
 2.  Error thrown
