Problem Statement:

When run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2021/22 - XML Output or other UK RTI processes
the following error can be seen in Alert Log:

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Under UK HMRS Manager responsibility
1. (N) Processes and Reports - Submit Processes and Reports - Run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2020/21;
2. Spawned process RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2021/22 - XML Output completes successfully and xml file is generated with no issues;
3. Check database alert log during execution of above process.
