Why "None Of Material The Requirement For The Selected Component Could Be Allocated" message displayed after performing a material pick, issue and return?

The message will be displayed when performing Pick Release for a job from the Component Pick Release form
(Manufacturing and Distribution Manager -> Component Pick Release form -> search for job and perform pick)
