G-invoicing: Document Style Pull LOV on Purchasing Options Page Not Showing Any Values

Expected:
G-invoicing: Document Style Pull LOV on Purchasing Options Page Showing Setup Values

Replication Steps:
1. Use CLM Purchasing Super User for CLM, or Purchasing Super User for Commercials
2. Navigate to Setup > Organizations > Purchasing Options
3. Click on G-Invoicing Document Style Pull in LOV on Purchasing Options page and no value is observed
