Symptoms
When attempting to submit depreciation for a book through Run Depreciation form, the following error occurs
FRM-40734: Internal Error PL/SQL Error occurred
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. Depreciation > Run Depreciation
