When attempting to ECC Incremental or Full load for the Contact Lifecycle Management product ,the load program fails and the program log shows :

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Request Submission Form.
3. Select the PO CLM ECC Data Load as the Name.
4. Enter program parameters and submit the program.

This error is not specific to CLM ECC and the problem may occur in any environment and the error may appear when performing a load in any ECC module.
