Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

After applying webadi patch, we got the below invalid object,
error

ERROR
-----------------------
EAM_WORKORDERREP_PVT PACKAGE 1143/5 PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
  1144/17 PL/SQL: ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected
  LONG BINARY got CLOB



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patches 26115786 and 32256225
2. Get the above invalids/error
