Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version,
When User associates CAD claim to USD offer, the association lines are showing incorrect currency values. When User submits the claim for approval, the CAD currency claim amount is shown incorrectly.
Steps:

1. Oracle Trade Management User (R) > Claims
2. Create Claim in CAD Currency
3. On Claim Promotional tab, associate USD Currency Offer with amount.
4. Submit Claim for approval
5. The Claim amount is not showing as expected
