Symptoms
One particular user cannot access Repository Contract Documents because the Document Names do not appear as hyperlinks like they do for other users.
Steps
1. Log in as the particular user,
2. Navigate to the Contracts Workbench.
3. Open a Repository Contract.
4. Select "Documents" from the menu.
5. The attached documents are shown, but the Name is not a hyperlink as expected.
