Symptoms


When entering a backdated lease, the booking event attempts to post to the ledger in the prior closed period.
Create Accounting output shows closed period error:

The GL date DD-MMM-YYYY is not in an open or a future enterable period.  Please select a valid GL date or open the period.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a new lease with backdated Commencement Date by navigating to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents.
2. Click Save to save the lease.
3. Run Create Accounting by navigating to Other > Requests > Run.
    -Choose Create Accounting and enter parameters.
    -Click Submit to run the program.
4. Review the output to see the error message.
