Symptoms

Under Dossier Type - Destinations error is thrown as soon as a budget accounts range is selected.
The budget ranges are defined in General Ledger (GL) for the budget organization.


ERROR
APP-IGI-137528: This account range is not defined within the Budget Organisation. Please define this account range in the Budget Organization or use another account range.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OPSF(i) Responsibility > OPSF(i) Dossier > Setup > Dossier Types
2. Enter source budget/organization under 'Sources'
3. 'Destinations' area: observe the Ranges > click on a range
4. See error
5. Switch to GL responsibility > Budget > Define > Organization
6. Query for the organization used as source in step 2
7. Review the ranges, they exist under the organization
