Symptoms

AR Reconciliation Report is displaying ending difference
Aging - 7 Buckets by Account Report is matching 'Ending Balance as of' in the AR Reconciliation Report

The Aging - 7 Bucket by Account Report is functioning as designed.  Oracle does not support netting invoices directly against each other.
