Symptoms
When attempting to Create SKUs in Overview tab the following error occurs:-

Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Item Simple Search
2. Search any master title With Keyword - Match all words
3. From return, click hotlink in Item: Item
4. Scroll down in SKU section
5. See "Create" Button next to Select Items:
6. Choose Create >Error Displays
