STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EMEA Localizations Responsibility > Submit a new request: JEITJNLLG: Italian Journal Ledger Report
2. In the output observe the sequential numbering flowing correctly, such as:  Reporting Sequence Name TEST_2020 - Reporting Sequence Number 524; Reporting Sequence Name TEST_2020 - Reporting Sequence Number 525
3. Further, observe that suddenly the numbering skips a range of numbers, such as: the next record shows: Reporting Sequence Name TEST_2020 Reporting Sequence Number 7028
