Horizontal scrollbar is missing in Timecard OAF page in Chrome & Edge browsers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Horizontal scrollbar should be available in Timecard OAF page in Chrome & Edge browsers.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply latest framework patch #33193360
2. Login into EBS and goto timecard OAF page
3. Horizontal scroll bar is missing

Upgraded EBS to 12.2.10
