Symptoms

Users are getting an error on the form when trying to set an Assignment record to End status.

APP-PAY-07667: You cannot end the assignment when future Assignment Action rows exist

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

From HRMS Manager responsibility:

1. Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain > query for employee > Assignments button
2. Set Assignment Status to End and get error when saving
