Symptoms
The APXVDVSR: Suppliers Report is failing with the below error:
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

# SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0xf583c53c, pid=23696, tid=4098352960
#
# JRE version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (7.0_85-b15) (build 1.7.0_85-b15)
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (24.85-b06 mixed mode linux-x86 )
# Problematic frame:
# C [libclntsh.so.10.1+0x8c653c] lxCmpStr+0xd8
#
# Failed to write core dump. Core dumps have been disabled. To enable core dumping, try "ulimit -c unlimited" before starting Java again
#
# An error report file with more information is saved as:
# /u03/oracle/ebs1213/ci/fs_ne/inst/FINCI_bcebs1/logs/appl/conc/log/hs_err_pid23696.log
