ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Update Standard Costs process taking hours to complete

We are having an issue with our Update Standard Cost process taking hours to complete at times instead of minutes. It is causing record locks and causing our posting to the GL to fail saying it is waiting on the update to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect this process to complete quickly, but intermittent on the response time/performance time


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Management -> Requests -> Update Standard Costs
