ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that when Generate Accruals - Estimated And Billed process is run twice by mistake, the system picks up same contracts and creates duplicate journal entries for some contracts even though initial stream was marked accrued after the first run.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect no duplicate accrual entries to get generated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Lease administrator responsibility, navigate to run requests.
2. Run concurrent process Generate Accruals - Estimated and Billed.
3. Provide a date and submit.
4. After the process is completed, run the request again with the same date parameter and compare the outputs for both runs.
