Error: Supplier - Select a Valid Value If Any Changes Are Made In Update Selected Line Screen (Doc ID 2851433.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Requisition Creation

When attempting to create a non catalog requisition, if any changes are made in the Update Selected Line screen,
the following error occurs.

 Error - Supplier - Select a valid value


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Non-Catalog requisition
2. Supplier details are added, and item is added to the shopping cart.
3. Click Edit in the shopping cart
4. Select the requisition line and click update.
   If any changes are made in the Update selected line screen, the Error message displays.
