Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, ECC Sourcing

When attempting to run concurrent request "PO ECC Strategic Sourcing Data Load" which kicks off the "ECC - Run Data Load (ECC Run Data Load)" job,
the following error occurs.

Caused by: oracle.jdbc.OracleDatabaseException: ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:513) ~[ojdbc8.jar:19.3.0.0.0] ... 23 common frames omitted

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing responsibility > Requests
2. Run concurrent request "PO ECC Strategic Sourcing Data Load" for full load
3. Verify the error in the log
