ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clicked Quick Order button to create parts requirement order in Spares Management not creating Orders 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should create Order When Quick Order Button clicked.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Spares Management Responsibility> Parts Requirement HTML Function > Entered Requirement information
2. Click on Quick Order button
3. Not creating order no error shown.
