Symptoms


When entering a sales order get error message

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package OE_ORDER_PRICE_PVT Procedure Price_line

Duplication steps are:

  1. Order Management Super User responsibility
  2. Navigate to Orders/Returns>Order Organizer>New
  3. Complete Sales Order Header
  4. Continue to Line Items
  5. Add Item and Quantity
  6. Get Error message
