Mobile Field Service(MFS): Tasks Assigned Using Drag And Drop In Dispatch Center Are Not Visible In Mobile Client Device (Doc ID 2852275.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tasks assigned using drag and drop are not visible on MFS Client device application
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Task got drag and drop should get downloaded to MFS Client device application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR/Task
2. Assigned to Resource A
3. Queried the task in dispatch center
4. Drag to Drop the task to resource B
5. Sync performed from MFS client for resource B
6. Task not getting downloaded to client device.
