Control Key Ctrl-L When In Lot Field When Performing Mobile Subinventory Transfer Enters Percent (%) Instead Of Opening LOV

Hitting Ctrl-L when performing subinventory transfer in Mobile for lot controlled item does not open the lot LOV.
Instead, it populates it with a percent sign (%). Hitting Ctrl-L in the subinventory field works but not in the lot field.
Manually entering a valid lot in the lot field is not accepted either.
- Open Sub inventory transfer form in Mobile telnet
- Enter Item, From Sub, Loc, UOM, and Quantity Values.
- Cursor is not in the Lot field.
Hit Ctrl-L and a percent sign (%) is entered into the field instead of opening the LOV.
Try to enter a valid lot and it is not accepted.
