Project Deliverables Error ORA-06502 - PO Requisition Is Not Getting Created

On : 12.2.3 version, Deliverables
Project's requisition is not getting created when user initiates procure.
ERROR

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error:
character string buffer too small in Package OKE_DTS_INTERGRATION Procedure CREATE_REQUISITION
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From projects super user responsibility, projects: Delivery. Search open the project
2. Under Workplan> Deliverables try to create a deliverable for Procurement.
3. Enter deliverable page description text which exceeds 200 characters.
4. Enter and save deliverable actions.
5. Click on 'Initiate Procure' button.
6. Can see the error on top of the page and PO requisition is not created.
