Symptoms

Error encountered when trying to Downloading Spreadsheet in CWB Administrator page:


Error:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation Workbench for Administrators Responsibility
2. Click into the appropriate plan Allocation task
3. Now click on Download to Spreadsheet
  - See error
