When attempting to correct a receipt in iProcurement using a custom responsibility, the following error occurs.

Use a seeded iProcurement responsibility.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a user and navigate to custom responsibility
2. Click Receiving and then Correct Receipts
3. User is getting the below error message as:
You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
