Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Class status is shown as 'Not Attempted' in Learner home page and learner's Learning History page, if learner plays the class, later subscribes to certification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Status' column in Learner Home and learner's Learning History for the class should show as "Completed".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Learner Self Service > Learner Home > Learner is enrolled into an online class (ClassA) which belongs to a course "CourseA", 

2. Learner completes this online class, i.e Class has Player Status "Completed" and Enrollment Status "Attended"

3. Learner subscribes into a certification,  "CertA",which has "CourseA" as its component.

4. Certification status becomes "Subscribed"

5. However, the "Status" column in Learner Home and learner's Learning History for "ClassA" shown as "Not Attempted"
