"FRM-40200: Field is protected against update" Error While Clicking Approve/Reject/None On Physical Adjustment Form (Doc ID 2852661.1)

When clicking on the "Approve/Reject/None" option button on Physical Inventory Adjustment form, for particular Physical Inventory (PI) Adjustment getting enclosed error:

FRM-40200: Field is protected against update

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Inventory => Counting => Physical Inventory => Physical Inventories or Approve Adjustments"
2. Change/Select the Organization
3. Search the Physical Inventory Adjustment (PI) name for which Approve/Reject to be done
4. Try to select the option button Approve/Reject/None
5. Error at the bottom of the form will get appear and will not allow to change the option button values
