R12: JE: Incorrect XSD Schema for JPK VAT 2022 (Doc ID 2852673.1)

Symptoms

While running the JPK Sales and Purchase VAT Register report, there is incorrect schema version displayed in the XML report output for the below header fields:


 1) xmlns:tns
 2) xmlns:etd
 3) xsi:schemaLocation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Polish AP/AR localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run JPK VAT Register report.
