Goal

Process weekly OTL timecards and have a bi-weekly Payroll.
The second week of a period is always a Retro timecard.
This second period, creates one retro batch for each employee.

There is no range option to validate and transfer BEE. This means we must check all the boxes in BEE Summary to process the second week. Is there a setting or preference that will cause the second week to create one retro batch?
