Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, ECC Order Management

When attempting to Full Import,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01843: not a valid month


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Command Center Developer
2. Data Load Submission
3. Full Load for Order Management
