When updating Registration number in tax Details page of supplier get error:

From Debug Log: error in POS_VENDOR_PUB_PKG

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login as Supplier Management Administrator
2. Search supplier A and do some changes to supplier header like alternate supplier name/inactive date/reactivate it and save.
3. Logout
4. Login again
5. Query same supplier A
6. Go to Tax Details page - Enter any update. Get error
