Symptoms

After approver approve appraisal, below error is noticed on workflow notification

ERROR

The changes where not applied because change_appr_status log=Success^&&apply_to_personal_profile log=&&update_train_component_status log=&&create_event log=1 - Unsatisfactory Performance^28-FEB-2022^Success^&&error is= -20001: non-ORACLE exception




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Employee Self-Service responsibility -> Appraisal
2. Update appraisal / provide ratings for competencies and objectives -> send appraisal to manager
3. Connect as Manager -> (N) Manager Self-Service responsibility -> Appraisal
4. Update appraisal -> provide final rating -> submit for approval
5. Approver approve workflow notification and receive error notification
