ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we try to search in the Customer Item Cross References Form by item, system is returning correct number of rows. However if we search with the "Item Description" system is returning all the rows instead of returning only those rows where the Item Description matches


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When we query with Item description in the Customer Item Cross References form, system should return correct number of rows that is only those rows where the Item Description matches

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Navigate to Inventory > Items > Customer Items > Customer Item Cross References
3. Enter Item Description and find
