Symptoms
After applying recent controlled IGT Receiving side patch 33677950:R12.PO.D, the Intragovernmental Performance Integration to Payables Program errors
ERROR

[09-FEB-2022 16:26:24]: ORACLE error 4063 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.PO_IGT_PERF_INV_INTG_PKG" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PO_IGT_PERF_INV_INTG_PKG"
ORA-06512: at line 1
Upon compilation "APPS.PO_IGT_PERF_INV_INTG_PKG" we received error
Error(1615,4): PLS-00201: identifier 'IGT_PERF_INTG_ERR_PKG.INITIALIZE' must be declared
STEPS
-------------------
1. Apply Patch 33677950:R12.PO.D
2. Using Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Reports -> Run
2. Run Intragovernmental Performance Integration to Payables Program
3. Errors occur
