Symptoms

There are unposted Credit Memo applications that display in the Period Close analyzer.

The GL period is closed. Unable to sweep these applications to next open period.

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Control > Accounting > Open/Close Periods

Sweep process is not picking up the applications.
