Release contract asset install at location update, but it did not update for the upfront tax call

System is not reading the new asset install at location (ship to) and is only reading the previous asset location.you will see under module OKL_PROCESS_SALES_TAX_PVT.process_booking_upfront_tax. the ship to information is displaying the original information and not the values on the release contract.


 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)Lease Super User-->

2.(N) Assets need to be processed on a termination without purchase quote reason restructure to make the assets available for release

3. Re - lease the Contract
