While trying to Add the details in the Dependent and Beneficiary page the following error occurs

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Employee self service responsibility

2. Navigate to Personal Information

3. Click on the Add button in Dependent and Beneficiary section

4. Enter the necessary information and click on Next button

5. The Above error is shown
