GIS Asset Workbench Is Not Displayed In Turkish Language (Doc ID 2853916.1)

Symptoms

When viewing GIS Assets, in the Asset Location, the link for GIS Asset Workbench is displayed in English, but not in Turkish language.

Expect to have the link displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Maintenance Super User
2. Assets tab, search for GIS Asset
3. observe link
