Goal

We need assistance in enabling the charginf to usage for resources of type 'Currency' and 'Machine' on the mobile application.

The current functionality restricts users to only charge time for themselves. the desired functionality is to have mobile app user charge time for themselves (Person type resources) as well as 'Currency' and 'Machine' type resources
