On : 12.2.6 version,
In Oracle Trade management when User clicks on Claim from Claim Summary, the page errors with Failure of Web Server bridge. Also see error when User does a search for Accrual Earnings on promotional tab, updating the claim non-promotional tab and on submit claim for approval.
Failure of Web Server bridge: ' No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.'
a) Trade Management User (R) > Claims
b) Select a claim from claim summary by selecting claim number link to update.
c) Navigate in the claim tabs (promotional and/or non-promotional)
